Registration informationsThe fee structure for the meeting is given in the following table. All rates are stated in Euros (EUR). Standard and concession registration rates include 5 lunches, coffee breaks, gala dinner and social event. Accommodation is not included (if necessary, you can use the discounts presented in the menu accommodations). All the payments should be done only in the civil year of 2026 (not before).
The payment should only be done by bank transfer: [If you require proof of payment prior to payment (e.g. if your university or institution is paying directly the fees), you need to formalize the inscription in our plataform and contact the organization of the event by e-mail explaining the situation (DMAT-esu10@ua.pt), and the Aveiro University will send you the documentation for this purpose.] After the payment, is mandatory to send an e-mail to DMAT-esu10@ua.pt with the proof of payment and with the following information: 1) NAME 2) NAME TO BE ISSUED ON THE RECEIPT (This can be your own name or your INSTITUTION) 3) NIF (for Portugal) or other TAX ID NUMBER /PASSPORT NUMBER 4) ADDRESS FOR THE RECEIPT The receipt/invoice will be adressed to you after by e-mail.
